Every year vast quantities of well chilled rosado (pink wine) are consumed across Spain. Most Spanish wine producers aim for very fruity and fresh style rosados such as the Martin Berdugo. However there are more winemakers producing softer drier styles such as the Riojan Alta rio. Enate’s cabernet sauvignon rosado shows a bit more complexity. It delivers the fruit of traditional Spanish rosados but balances it with acidity and beautiful floral notes. |
